Pastor Daniel Archibong was born on June 23rd, 1964 to the family of late Elder and Deaconess Archibong Edem Idiong of Afia Nsit Urua Nko, Nsit Ibom L.G.A, of Akwa Ibom State. He is the sixth of seven children in the family.
His late father was a reputable Elder of the then Qua Iboe Church (United Evangelical Church) and an astute teacher/headmaster who leaved and worked in many communities within the state. His mother, though aged has not relented in her zest to serve her Lord.
Pastor Daniel Archibong had his primary education at the Group School, Afia Nsit/Mbiokporo 2 and later proceeded to Etinan Institute for his secondary education. Upon completion of secondary education, he gained admission into the then University of Cross River State (University of Uyo) and obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry in 1990.
According to God’s plans and purposes for his life, Pastor Daniel gave his life to Jesus Christ in 1994, in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Apapa Family and then joined the prayer band. He remained a member of the prayer band until he was posted in 1997 along with Pastor Femi Banwo and others to establish the Resurrection Chapel in Surulere.
He located his missing bone and got married to his true love, A/P (Mrs.) Beatrice Archibong in 1999. Together they relocated to Abuja the same year and joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Praise Assembly, Karu as workers. He was part of the advance team that took the Redeemed Christian Church of God to Keffi, Gidan Mangoro and the then Ex-Soldiers Village. Following the establishment of the church in Ex-Soldiers Village in April 2001, he was posted to be the pioneer Pastor. Through the help of the Holy Spirit, he penetrated the community and impacted the lives of the young and old.
In September 2004, he was posted to the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Chief Shepherd, Area 11 and in December same year, he was again posted to pioneer the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Christo Zera Parish, FHA, Lugbe. In April 2007, Pastor Daniel Archibong was promoted to an Area Pastor and was transferred to the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Christ the Anchor Parish, Jikwoyi and in 2010, he was moved to the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Upper Room Assembly, Utako as an Area Pastor. To facilitate the grace and calling of God upon his life, he was ordained a full Pastor in 2011.
In 2012, the family relocated officially to the Republic of Liberia. In that same year, Pastor Daniel in collaboration with the national Headquarters of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Liberia and the immeasurable support of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Central Parish Wuse II and Throne Room Parish, Hilton, Abuja, established the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Throne Room Assembly Old road, Monrovia.
Following the scourge of the Ebola disease in 2014, he returned to Abuja and temporarily worshiped in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, His Grace Assembly, Trade Moore Estate, Lugbe. Upon the return of his wife from Liberia in 2016, Pastor Archibong was promoted to a Zonal Pastor and posted to the Redeemed Christian Church of God, House of Destiny, Central Zone. He remained in Central Zone until he was posted to the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Grace Arena Parish/Zone as the Pastor in charge of the Zone on September 16, 2018.
Pastor Archibong is a shepherd with a passionate heart, given to prayers, mission and the salvation of souls. Together with his wife, they have continued to push the work of the kingdom forward wherever they find themselves.
Like her husband, A/P Beatrice is a passionate leader who sees through the pains of others and is committed to ensuring that everyone experiences the peace that Jesus promised in John 14:27. She is a strong Pillar and co-labourer with her husband.
Born on March 28, 1971 to Mr. Alfred and Mrs. Enobong Inyang of Ikot Okubo, Ibesikpo, Akwa Ibom State. She is the first of five Children. She holds a B.A (Hons.) in French and an M. A. in Politics & International Relations. Although not physically present most of the time, A/P Beatrice stays in touch and continues to touch lives in as many ways as God inspires her to do. The family is blessed with three biological children namely: Sharon, Victory and Goodnews.
